“其实我们的租约已经到期了，但是因为计划买房，搬家的话至少又得签6个月合同，所以现在的month on month 很适合我们。也跟landlord谈过transfer,但是landlord要求我们60day notice,重新交deposit,交transfering fee,同时还要求至少再签6个月合同。deposit和transfer fee 我们都可以交，但是6个月合同是我们所不愿意的。同时我们也认为既交transfer fee又要求签6个月合同不合理。交deposit和签6个月合同已经构成了一个新合同，任何人都可以来了就签6个月的合同，那何必还要交transfer fee 呢？”

看不懂你写的东东。到底你现在是Month to month 还是 on 6-month lease?
