Thank you for your response .
The house is left to the Children . But the child doesn't want to be bothered by those law proccesses and the lawyer ,ect. He wants to give it up and not to put his name on the property .
And the house is a small one not worth something though the dead owner just lived in for one year .
Where are you located ? The house is located in Ohio.
