You need a good explaination

Sometimes it is not you break the law, it is apparently so. Your action is an indication of a illegal activity which give them the reason to detain you. They did nothing wrong.

You need a attorney to explain the incident for you and dismiss the case based on "lack of intention." You are not intent to defraud the transportation system.
