I dont believe Charge and Arrest are the same. You have never been taken into police custody, I personally dont believe it is an arrest.

The question is "Have you ever been charged, cited, arrested, indited ..... etc." You need disclose such information.

Disorderly conduct is very minor and should have little impact on your immigration cases.

Domestic will leave a bad dent on your record, so divorce her.
