if it gets to go to trail, then it would be in family court.

most of the time, if it is very very bad, they will take him away for just one night, that's it.

most of the time, PD just take a few pictures, and put it on record

if you windup in the hospital because of injuries, the hospital will report it anyway, like it or not.
