如何确认我的联邦退税已收到----用的是regular mail

正后悔没用certified mail or any mail that can be tracked. 我一个月之前就寄出去了，现在也没收到退税。州税退税两周之内就收到了。如何才能查出联邦受到了我的税表呢？或者我只有再寄一份copy了。
