1) talk to your wife about setting aside a large chuck of fund for your children's future college expenses. That can be more than 1/4 fund you have. She is a mom and should agree if she is still sensible.
2) She is responsible for child support depending on her financial situation after marriage with the white guy.
3) Talk to a divorce lawyer.
