老苗，我以前的华人牧师把我的照片放到他们教会的公共网站上做宣传。我该怎麽办？

我去年去过华人的教会一段日子，我现在已经返回我的英文教会。几天前发现华人牧师把我和家人的照片，还有我与教会他人的合照都放到他们教会的公共网站上做宣传。我已经发e-mail通知牧师让他remove我和我家人的照片，可是他不理我，我该怎麽办？
我以前没有填过任何表格表示同意公布我和家人的照片。他的行为是否违背美国法？我很生气这件事。
