请问老猫，我老公10几年没拿过罚单，前天晚上stop sign

没停稳，就点了一下就开走了，整碰上个警察，请问该怎么办？说要上法庭，在法庭上要承认没停还是说没停稳，有人说要先认罪，可我老公却时是停了就是没停死。请问庭上怎么说？谢谢
