正在跟老公办理离婚手续，在纽约州递的材料。现正在等待中。今天收到一封信， 是

I, fully understand that upon the entrance of this divorce agreement, I may no longer be allowed to receive health coverage under my former spouse's health plan,...
This asks for two party's signature.

我不知道这是不是必须的，我的老公自我交上材料就找不到人了，他提过要出国，我不确定能否找到他让他签名。这会影响离婚的审批吗？ 谢谢大家了。
