单身老猫和其他大侠请进

I am working in a consulting company and the company purposely keep our pay stubs in order to prevent us from transfering to other companies. At the end of the year, they will email all the pay stubs of last year. Is this legal or illegal? Is there any way to deal with it and get the pay stub in time?
