大家帮看看我该如何处理最近在北美经历的这么一件事

咱家三岁宝宝(boy)出身在美国（住北加州），两个月前刚送到附近一家去Preschool，因为他是亚裔，大家有可能知道很多亚裔小孩出生时身上都会有那种青班，又称蒙古斑或英文叫Mongolia Spot，咱家宝宝也有，直到三岁也还没有完全消除，背上和屁股周围还有，我们也没多在意什么，结果宝宝上Preschool后，白人老师也许不知道这么多，总之就偷偷报告给County的Social Worker了， 这两天那位Social Worker竟突然带着两位警察上门来突击检查，虽然他们看了咱家实际情况后也不认为那些青班是我们虐待小孩造成的，但最终还是要等宝宝的儿科医生来做一个报告。当然我们知道这一定是一个误解，但因为这个蒙古斑的问题，我们做父母的却要遭到老师的怀疑甚至迎来了Social Worker和警察亲自上门来盘问，让我们一家非常难过和upset，震惊，这老师怎么这样没经验，报告之前也不和我们沟通，因为她的无知让我们父母受到了很大的委屈，心里那个郁闷啊，几晚上也睡不着觉，
想想等事情清白以后，我该如何与这位老师打交道，这口气和委屈就这么咽下去了？有地方可以申述或打官司吗？恳请大家分享你们的经验和帮我出出主意。
