今天冰雹把车前面的玻璃打碎了，而且

头顶两侧的也打出很多乒乓球大的坑，请问insurance会怎样修复？我知道玻璃肯定更换的，但车身上的坑有20个左右，会换新的车身吗？我们以后的费用会长吗？电话留言多次，insurance 都还没有回音，这车开出门可能要收ticket的。到底我们自己把车开到honda的专修店还是等insurance回复？
