求救老猫，希望给点建议 -- Should I Sue AppleBee or NOT?

Came back from a trip to China last Saturday, then whole family went to ApppleBee for dinner. The meal I ordered was smell weird (Spinach and Chicken Legs), but anyway I finished it (each person ordered a diff meal and I was the unlucky one). Then at the early morning Sunday, I started to have a problem with nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. Then at around 10AM Sunday morning, I was rushed to the local hospital ER by 911 ambulance due to abdominal pain, chess heaviness, and the difficulty taking breaths. Within two days at Hospital, the Doctors (one is my Family Doctor) did not find any thing and released me to be home --> told me that it was virus infection! Since it was virus, which can stay in your body for several days, so my family doctor said that you can not nail it down to the food you ate at AppleBee??!! (it maybe be the food you ate in China). So until now, my dsicharge summary in Hospital is empty since the Doctor does not want to write the cause of my staying at Hospital. In this case, can I sue AppleBee? Sorry that I can not tpye the Chinese characters, and thanks lot in advance !!
