1. YTou can look for job as F1.

2. Your opt from your master's degree expires after two months of your graduation. I think in your case, you can't apply for opt any more.

3. You can do F1-to H1. No problem. But I don't know how cn you get reference if you don't want any one know.

4. If your future job is not non-profit organization, you need quato. The quato is already used up this year. You can apply now and start to work from Oct.1 this year.
