most likely it's imposible for you to have a sole custody of your child. You can try jount custody. In the states, the law protects mothers and in your case, beause of she has put more efforts than you to take care of your child becuase you have to earm the money for your family. Most likely the law prefers her in the custody battle. The judge will make the decision based on which is better off for your child, and then next question is who is going to finance the child support unless you have any evidence that she dosenot not fit for the welfare of your kit.
