我公司从大陆购买了一批价值１１０，０００美元的货。在送到客人手中后，customer consider 基本是废品。由于货款已付。而且基于大陆的习惯，很难可以得到赔偿。

但，大陆工厂已将下一批货放到大海，而，Consignee as my company name.

问题－－我公司可否通过法庭，要求扣押此批货。进尔要求此批货来赔偿我司的损失， 当然，在据证的情况下。
