yes, they will send you a "notice of federal tax lien" , and if u dont response after 10 days they've notified u, IRS has the legal claim to ALL YOUR PROPERTY(even the grass of ur lawn) and ALL YOUR RIGHTS TO PROPERTY (meaning if im paying u back the 5 bucks i owe u, legally IRS can intercept the payment and apply that to the amount u owe them). See IRS publication for "Notice of Federal Tax Lien "
