阁楼地板下发现的古董

给阁楼装隔热材料时意外发现木板下藏着一包古董，不知道有没有什么价值。包装的报纸是上个世纪四十年代的。这所老房子将近百年了，我是第三个房主。第二个房主是在70年代买的房，可以推论出是第一个房主藏的。
现在的问题是，我可以拥有这些古董吗？
