请问我该怎么办?

我的车篷蹋了快3个月了，一直没修。上个月我们这里下了很大的冰雹，我就找负责apartment的人要了个临时停车位。然后他又在没有通知我们的情况下将停车位给了别人，现在又不修车篷，我们这儿雨雪大，我们家又是新车。我们该怎么办
