old cat and other experts,please help with this traffic citation

I got a speeding ticket at an infamous speed trap zone in northern FL. But later on I found out there is no my signature on citation(I did sign on the scene,I do not know why either). Can I use this as an excuse if I contest it on the court? Even I can not use it,I decide to go to contest it. Just experience,win or lose doesn't matter.thanks
