It is no different than I go to Bustbuy and picked a defect computer and took it home. There are always bad apples. What can you do? The case is a weak one anyways, as he was working for the restaurant illegally (as you pointed out).

About that part that restaurant employees taking cash and not paying taxes, that is common knowledge. No one can prove or disprove the claim.

I don't like what he said about that fact that he does not care about his client.
