I checked with the post office. The notice of my mailing check(resent) was sent to the landlord on May 14th 10 AM(within the legal time). She left a message in my answering machine on May 17 morning around 10AM(She emphasized the time in the message that's why I know). The record of post office showed that the mail was delivered on May 17 1PM. Do you think that she will continue to file the administration forms to evict me? Or she just wanted to harass me and waste my time. Now I actually want to move out by the end of month due to expected more troubles in the future. Is there any way to move out under the eviction but not attributed to my fault?
