Thanks for your suggestions. One of my friends had the same recommendation, but it seems my nephew has to get I-20 from a private elementary school, not public school. So I did some research. For the cheapest one in the city I live, it is $12K per year including after school care, but it's too far from where I live. The ones nearby are on average $23K, far beyond my affordability. I am so concerned.
