After that lady's car, the technician was going to work on yet another car when I asked if it's my turn. The technician explained there's no work order for my car. I showed him the receipt and he was about to work on my car very first.

Mr. Spitzer interrupted and told the technician to make me wait because I made them wait. (Later on, in the afternoon, a relative of mine Joel talked to Mr. Spitzer and he denied that he said so).
