The max penalty of the offense in jail can't be more than 1 year, and actual sentence can't be more than 6 month. Otherwise it's a problem. Since you didn't have jail time, just check the max possible time in jail for that offense. Ask XiaoBaiTu, or consult an immigration attorney. Don't rely on people here.
