Help please: How to file complaint to BBB?

I hired moving company but they took away all wrapping blankets before delivered my furniture. So all my furniture was damaged and delivered 2 weeks later than the date on contract. Will BBB help if I file complaint? Which kinds of material should I submit? Thanks!
