请问：想尽快还清贷款, 我要注意写什么？谢谢大家。

多年前向 countrywide 贷款买的房子， 现在银行利息低于 贷款利息，想尽快还清贷款，这样做对吗？

预计在半年内还清贷款，我要注意些什么？第一次买房，请多指教。

要不要提前通知贷款公司？贷款公司应该给我们哪些文件？
