一失足成千古恨--驾照被吊销！极度痛苦中。。。

去年一月得了ticket，但后来搞错日期忘了上庭，有回国了一堂，回来后已过了半年，得知驾照被吊销，赶快去法院去交了罚款。驾照被恢复有效。但我又没有按时完成交通学校的考试，现在有过期3个月了。因为有吊销的纪录，（3年后DMV才删除记录,）好几家大保险公司已不愿接受我了，小公司趁机宰我，要价5000刀。真是头疼死了。我该怎办？请大侠们支招。感激不尽！
