I have similiar experience with this Thomas Fox. He asked me to pay him $1500, luckily I decided to stop in the middle but I still lost $1100. He even said he had given me $400 discount. He didn't answer me any questions and tried to have a long conversation at begining which I didn't intend to and he included that in the bill also.

I wish I had read your post earlier or I should post one earlier so other ppl won't be cheated by him!
