度假5周回来，发现车给人拖走了

介绍一下情况：
- 我有两辆车，一辆旧车停在apartment里的公共位置上，一个轮胎的气还没了；
- 车被拖走大约两周，总共费用可能达到720块；

我第一个问题是：我本人有没有责任？如果有，多少？上法庭有无可能赢？
如果我自己的责任不是主要的，这笔费用该问谁去要？
