The parents are not in position to make medical judgement! I am not sure if this is a true case as LZ never responded to us.
I am not aware any correlation between flu shot and stroke, or cerebral vascular accident. The infant's flu shot most likely had nothing to do with the stroke. My personal bias is that MD A is not liable, MD B bears is liable for not making the correct diagnosis. 單身老貓 's opinion is sh*t in this case. I would suggest you talk to a medical malpractice attorney. Remember, there is no fee until you are paid.
