大家有被上网购物忽悠的经历吗?
我最近上网买了个portable DVR,他们policy说 no return, but can exchange if product is defective,我收到後,发现电池充不进电,和他们交涉,他们要我自付Shipping寄给他们 并说这defective的standard由他们决定,要是他们认为这个product不是defective,会从我信用卡扣$55做检查费和shipping,再寄回给我,any lose is not in their responsibility.我看了那敢寄啊,这他们说啥算啥,还要从我那扣$55!我便和我信用卡交涉,他们说要我自已和商家交涉。请问大家我该就这样算了吗?这DVR价值$400大洋啊,我很不甘心,那公司很狡猾, 买东西check out时,要你check个box,答应所有他们的条款,那篇东西有4页纸,我没细看就check了,然後他们用那个作为和我信用卡公司交涉的best tool. 我也想过取消这AE卡,但听说取消信用卡会影响CREDIT,也不知是怎样一回事,上班忙的要死;实在没时间和那AE卡和那损人公司交涉,这都过了1个月了,AE给我来封信说帮不了我,除非我有Additional evidence support this case. 唉~~~~郁闷啊~~ 所以请教有没有那位有相似经验的? Anyway to get my money back?
