请教老猫:在IL的结婚问题

我一个朋友,中国公民,最近要和她BF结婚.(BF有美国绿卡,但不是公民,仍然持有中国护照)

女方在中国结婚又离过婚.请问老猫,需要哪些法律手续呢?多谢
