Your father is not sick. He is just spoiled by your mon and you. If there is no consiquences for your father's behavior, he can do anything. Just seat down and have a talk with your dad like between two responsible adults. Tell him what he can and can not do. If he gets mad, just stop the conversation and tell him the talk will continue at when he clam down. But the matter is not over. Keep trying until your point is get through.

Also, your mom has every rights to decide who she wants to live with. She is not a slave.

You! your dad, your mon... grow up!!!
