急！谁知道这种情况要找谁解决

我住在学校旁边的公寓，暑假回国不在，所以这个暑假救把我的房间出租给一个女生，她也是学校学生，收了她400支票，7月底入支票，到现在都没有进帐。我们的email是交易的证据。
现在应该怎么办？如果她赖账要找警察解决吗？
