Sublease和借钱问题

我在美国Florida,由于工作调动有一房打算Sublease给一美国学生，可是她没有Credit,所以房东要她多交半月的房租作为Deposit。也就三百多刀，可她一下拿不出。如果我先替她付，再向她要一个借条不知道有多大的法律效力。有没有什么更好的办法？其实也没多少钱，对我来说并不重要，只是想给她一点约束力。先谢了！
