再问一下， 买家remove contingency后再退出，是不是deposit就归卖家了？

我是卖家。

买家remove contingency后再退出，是不是deposit就归卖家了？

这里的contingency包括loan contingency和inspection contingency，都已经remove了。deposit是房价的3%。我可以拿回3%deposit的全部吗？

买家还能有什么可能性，或者特别的理由，拿回deposit吗？
