老婆被叫去打扫女厕所，愤而辞职

老婆在加拿大WAL-MART干些服装整理的活( job title is Sales Floor Associate)，胸前挂的牌子是CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST。

上星期天(11/11/2007)被经理叫去打扫女厕所，当时还有其他人，偏叫她唯一一个中国人去。她去打扫了，但觉得很丢脸，第2天(今天)愤而辞职。

请问这种情况在加拿大可否算被动DISMISSAL，申请EI (EMPLOYMENT INSURANCE
