买家remove contingency后再退出，是不是deposit就归卖家了？

买家remove contingency后再退出，是不是deposit就归卖家了？

这里的contingency包括loan contingency和inspection contingency，都已经remove了。

还能有什么可能性，或者特别的理由，拿回deposit吗？
