It is problably not worth hiring a lawyer but you can call arround and see if anyone would take it. It should be a fairly easy case. Otherwise you may have to go to court with them yourself. It has to go to a small court. Insurance company bank on you not knowing your rights and take advantage of you. They s###k! Don't give up.. Good luck to you.
