Later I received a rejection letter.
Then I called them again, and explained to them about the rules, the service rep apologized, asked me to write a letter to them again stating all the facts and even include her name saying all needed document is received by IRS ITIN department.
But since then I never receive anything from IRS. Then today I receive a letter from IRS asking us to pay the adjusted amount due to my mom's ITIN number missing.
How to I complain about the IRS? To BBB? Or general attorney's office?
I feel frustrated. If government made mistake, there's nowhere to complain ask them them to correct it?
Thanks for advice!
