卖房closing date后律师迟迟不付房款

卖了房子。买方的房款已经交给律师，房子也搬入了。closing date已经过了一周，律师还在找种种借口不付房款，每回都说当天就去存款，第二天又找新的借口，而且电话总是没人接。怎么办？？？
