some states do not allow divorce during pregnancy.

As to green card, I do not know about J-1 case. Normally, even you divorced, if you can prove that you enter the marriage not for green card, you still can get it. Talk to some immigration lawyer.

Feel sad for the baby, no matter whether you keep her or not.
