Anybody who can answer My friend's question

Does anybody know whether I can get 2 h1 transfers at the same time? Here's
the situation: Co. A gave me an offer, I took it and the company is doing H1 transfer for me which was not approved
yet. Now comes another offer from Co. B, which is not much better but it is much close to my son's place. I am afraid if I take this offer and told the company A that I changed my mind, if it would be trouble for my H1 transfor in Company B.

Anybody knows what I should do, how I can talk to Company A?
