求助：异州(北卡)超速上法庭

开了好几年的车， 一直很小心， 从未拿过任何的ticket. 刚刚搬到北卡 (NC), 还没来得及换北卡驾照。路也不熟，到处都是曲里拐弯的。有点急事没有注意，开租来的车在一限速35 mile 的下跛开到60 mile， 被一漂亮但不温柔的cop 逮到， 给了一张 Uniform Citation Defendant, 告知在北卡超速超过15mile 就的上法庭， 也不管我到时能不能到北卡来上法庭。

请问住在或曾住在北卡的同胞：

1.我在此期间必须换北卡驾照。换驾照时我要主动申明我有此case吗？

2.这种case 大概会是什么结果？上法庭时需要注意些什么？那位倒霉但有过相似经历的能给点指点吗？


这也是个教训， 提请在异国他乡的同胞们开车时有再急的事也要把住。
