急需帮助！I am in finalizing my divorce......

I am in finalizing my divorce. He really pushs me to sell the house which is under our name together,and said that if we sell before we divorce we will save the tax on this $510,000 house. is this true?

I will refinace this house and pay him some cash, then this house will be mine to keep. if I sell this after divorce, do I pay more tax? is this true?

is any one know about this, or know somewhere I can find out exact info. I live in Seattle.


He said that I can buy a bigger house with a basement with kitchen, so he can rent the basement from me. He will add this amount of money as alimony. another advantage of this is we all can see our kids everyday, he said.

I am confused and sad now. He has done so much damage to my heart, and he raped this family a part. Now he has this hilarious idea.

you are outside of my box, would you please let me know if this will work?
