about set up a trust fund

I am thinking to buy life insurance for my Chinese famliy, but the AIG agent told me I had to set up a trust fund for them since they are not living in USA. Anybody can tell me how to find one in the internet? I don't know how much a local laywer will cost, that is why I am thinking to find one in internet.
