yea my manager feels really bad about having to let me go but he had no control over it. He told me he marked me as "rehire-able" in the internal document. and also said from whatever little information he could get out of HR, this company " confidential information to the public"...

i might be just worrying too much.. since so much is at stake..

and yeah i told my manager i would sue the company if somehow i lose my future job because of the separation clause.
