AFTER EXPIRATION. After the expiration of this Listing, the same commissions, as appropriate, shall be payable if a sale is made by Owner to any person to whom the Premises has been shown or with whom Owner or any broker has negotiated concerning the Premises during the term of Listing, (1) within 90 days after the expiration of this Listing, unless the Premises has been listed on an exclusive basis with another broker, or (2) during the pendency, including the closing, of any purchase contract or escrow relating to the Premisis that was executed or opened during the term of Listing, or (3) as contemplated by Paragraph 6(e).

它的意思是说,如果在合约后过期90天内,或者在pendency期间,或者由第6(e)规定时间内,如果房子有房主自己卖,都要按原计划交佣金给broker。上面的 (1),(2),(3) 是并列修饰时间段(during the term of Listing)。对吗?

那么,if the sale is made by another broker, not by Owner,是不是这个条款就没有用了? 我读了很久,大概就是这个意思,请大家帮一下, 看看我理解有没有错误?

最近因为这个contract, 天天12-1点睡,4-5点就醒来了,十分痛苦 。先谢了。
如果我的理解没有错误,我明天就要换broker了。跟我目前的broker实在是太torture了.
